Material Study - Old Revolver Metal

Another personal project and material study and some fast renders which I finally can post! Nothing here is related to any project or to my employment at EA DICE.

I haven't done anything older and worn before. So I decided to create this Webley revolver a while back to focus on and study older metals and how they change with time. Super fun and rewarding exercise! It was challenging to keep it subtle and not go overboard with rust, grime and dirt as I wanted a cleaner, but aged, metal look.
